This software code comprising this product is under the sole ownership of tech360 and may not copied, distributed, sold or otherwise shared in whole or in part without the express written consent of the owner, tech360.

SOFTWARE UPDATES

Updates are included for free at this point in time, but we reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.

SUPPORT SERVICES

Support for purchased software is provided for one month after the purchase date. Support is provided via email only and issues will be triaged and addressed according to their severity.

TRANSACTIONAL EMAILS

We may on occasion send you email notifications related to your plugin license. These transactional emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchase of the Fluidscroll WordPress plugin.

LICENSE DELIVERY

After payment has been successfully processed, you will receive you license key with your onscreen receipt. A copy of your receipt (with your license) will also be emailed to you. You should save your receipt (and license) in a secure place for future reference. If you do not receive an email within 12 hours of your purchase, please contact us via the Fluidscroll website, https://fluidscroll.tech360.ca/contact-us

Prices of all products and services are subject to change at any time. Notice of price changes will be made available on our website.

REFUNDS

By purchasing the full license for the Fluidscroll plugin, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy:

In the event of a demonstrated problem with the paid version of the Fluidscroll plugin, we will provide a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase. After 15 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund is granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem(s) you have by opening a support ticket with us.

No refunds will be given after 15 days from the initial purchase.

Refunds will not be granted if a user simply decides not to use the purchased products and services. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you may have as it relates to our plugin software, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

FLUIDSCROLL WARRANTY

Our Fluidscroll plugin is guaranteed to function on a clean installation (vanilla install) of WordPress. We do not and cannot guarantee it will function with all third party plugins, extensions, themes and web browsers. It is our policy to properly test and support our plugins as best we can and we will provide support for third party plugin conflicts at our discretion or as time allows.
